We will email you confirming your order with your personal order number, receipt, and tracking information.
If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to cs@backbonesociety.com for more information.
If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email cs@backbonesociety.com or visit our contact page. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, we can do our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot always ensure changes if the package has already shipped. Nonetheless, reach out with any and all information to best assist you.
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 2 business days and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Please be aware that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order and prepare it to be shipped.
It is very time sensitive to change the shipping address so please make sure it is no later than 24 hours within placing the order. For US orders, please reach out to our client care team at cs@backbonesociety.com. US customers wanting to organize a return for a refund, store credit or exchange must cover return shipping costs.
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
If your package is marked as delivered by the courier and you are unable to locate it, please wait up to 72 hours in case the package was prematurely marked but is awaiting delivery. If you're still unable to locate your package after that window has past, please contact us at cs@backbonesociety.com.
Orders over $1000 USD will need to have extra security in their arrival and will more than likely need a signature. If you are uncertain if your package will or will not require a signature, please reach out to us directly for further clarification.
Returns are offered within 20 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. In order to return an item, please email us at cs@backbonesociety.com and a brief description concerning why.

Our sizes are:
XS: 0-2, Bust: 31-33, Waist: 25-26, Hips: 36-37
S: 2-4, Bust: 34-35, Waist: 27-28, Hips: 37-38
M: 6-8, Bust: 36-38, Waist: 29-30, Hips: 39-40
L: 8-10, Bust: 39-40, Waist: 31-32, Hips: 42-43
XL: 10-12, Bust: 41-43, Waist: 34-35, Hips: 44-45
We offer a variety of fits, from baggy to tight. Check product descriptions and images for specific details, such as whether an item is a baggy/comfortable/loungewear fit or tight/form fitting fit. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions on specific items.
Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron directly over artwork. If you have any questions regarding specific garment care, please reach out to us.
